This Privacy Policy explains how Starr Codd, Inc. ("Starr Codd," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit starrcodd.com and its related pages, forms, checkout pages, calendars and messaging channels (the "Services"). - Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and business name.
- Answers you submit in forms, applications, surveys and booking calendars.
- Purchase details such as the products you buy, billing name and billing address. Card payments are processed by our payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full card number.

4.Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring messages from Starr Codd, Inc., which may include appointment reminders, customer care, program updates and marketing offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
5.How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers such as our CRM and website platform, email and SMS providers, payment processors, scheduling, video and community tools. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Payment processors and banks when needed to process a payment or respond to a dispute or chargeback.
- Legal reasons when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
- Business transfers if our business is sold or merged.
6.Cookies and tracking
We and our partners use cookies, pixels (such as Meta and Google) and similar tools to remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding. California's "Shine the Light" law also lets residents ask about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing; we do not make such disclosures.
8.Email marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you messages about your purchases or account.
9.Data retention and security
We keep your information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax and accounting duties, resolve disputes (including chargebacks) and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10.Children
Our Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other websites, including affiliate partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.
